The boiler combustion equipment adopts ZOZEN’s own chain grate, which can promote the full combustion of different coal types, improve the boiler fuel utilization rate and save fuel costs. In addition, ZOZEN reasonably selects the furnace arch and chamber according to the combustion characteristics of different coals, and equips reasonable air conditioning devices to further increase the thermal efficiency of the boiler to over 82%. Finally, ZOZEN also installed dust and desulfurization devices at the boiler end to reduce the emission of harmful gases and make the exhaust gas emission meet the local environmental protection standards.
