2 tph WNS Condensing Gas Steam Boiler Introduction
In the production process of foam packaging materials, the processes of foaming, molding and drying require boilers to produce stable steam. This series of WNS natural gas boiler has a wet-back construction of the boiler body. The industrial boiler is protected by automatic adjustment of combustion, water level, temperature and steam pressure, which can realize fully automatic operation and ensure safety and reliability. The large-diameter corrugated hearth of this boiler ensures the full combustion of natural gas. Combined with the advanced low NOx burner, it can easily achieve the requirement of NOx≤30mg/Nm3. In addition, the boiler is equipped with energy-saving equipment at the end of the boiler flue, which makes the boiler thermal efficiency reach more than 98%.
Industrial gas fired boilers flue has no bypass flue, according to the size of the boiler load, to adjust the use of condenser. The smoke pipe of gas boiler adopts screw thread structure to enhance heat transfer effect. The rearview device is designed to facilitate the observation of combustion conditions.
