35 Ton ZZ Series Coal-fired Steam Boiler Introduction
Established in September 2016, Rashid Paper Mills Ltd. is a paper manufacturing enterprise under the Rashid Group, a well-known conglomerate in Bangladesh, which mainly produces various types of paper for writing, printing and offset printing, etc. It currently has two independent production lines with a daily production capacity of up to 200 tons and exports high-quality paper to overseas markets. In order to guarantee the heat supply for the paper production line, Rashid Paper Mills Ltd. chose to import from China the ZZ series 35 ton coal-fired steam boiler with advanced technology, designed for pressures up to 3.82 MPa, to provide sufficient high-temperature steam.
The ZZ series coal-fired boiler for paper mills from Zhongzheng Boiler have the advantages of wide fuel adaptability and high combustion efficiency. The ZZ series coal-fired steam boiler in Bangladesh are designed with wide coal arches to increase the furnace temperature, while the air supply from the equal-pressure uniform bin and air distribution by micro-zone adjustment reduce the carbon content of the slag and improve the overall combustion efficiency. The overall combustion efficiency is improved by equal-pressure air supply and micro-zone adjustment of air distribution. In addition, this series of boilers are shipped in bulk and assembled and built on site, which puts high professional requirements on site technicians and installers. In order to ensure that the project was completed within the agreed time frame, Zhongzheng Boiler’s special technical staff provided Rashid Paper Mills Ltd. with effective on-site guidance to ensure that the boiler installation was carried out in an orderly manner. After the boiler commissioning stage, Zhongzheng technicians will also provide professional training to the customer on boiler operation principles, operating procedures, and daily maintenance of the boiler.
