Fushun Meirui Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in the research, development, and production of polyacrylamide. To meet the surging market demand for acrylamide polymer products, the company has established a new project in the Fushun High-tech Industrial Development Zone, with an annual output of 100,000 tons of acrylamide polymers and 50,000 tons of acrylamide aqueous solution. The total site area of the project is 51,734 square meters, and the total floor area reaches 16,996 square meters, including acrylamide workshops, polyacrylamide workshops, and other supporting facilities.

The production process requires a large amount of stable and reliable heat sources, primarily for core procedures such as hydration reaction heating and polymer drying. For this purpose, the company selected ZOZEN Boiler’s gas-fired steam boiler equipped with low-nitrogen combustion technology to provide thermal energy support. Based on project requirements, ZOZEN Boiler supplied the customer with a 25-ton SZS series gas-fired steam boiler.

ZOZEN Boiler’s design meets the heat demands of various production processes, including hydration reaction heating and polymer drying, ensuring production continuity and efficient operation. The advanced low-nitrogen combustion technology ensures that nitrogen oxide emissions from the boiler are controlled within standard limits, significantly reducing atmospheric pollutant emissions. This compliance with national environmental regulations provides reliable assurance for the company’s green production objectives.
