Introduction of Gas Fired 2 Ton Boiler

The WNS series fully automatic gas fired 2 ton boiler is a high-performance horizontal internal combustion boiler that utilizes advanced gas combustion technology. It is designed with a three-pass wetback structure, optimizing the heat exchange between the flue gas and the heating medium through the corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tubes, maximizing thermal efficiency. After the fuel is atomized by the burner, the resulting flame fills the entire corrugated furnace, and radiation heat is transferred through the furnace walls. This constitutes the first pass. The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion converges in the rear combustion chamber and then enters the second pass, which is the area of the threaded smoke tubes. After convective heat transfer, the temperature of the flue gas gradually decreases until it reaches the front smoke box. It then turns and enters the third pass, which is the area of the radiant tubes. Subsequently, the flue gas passes through the rear smoke box, enters the condensing economizer and chimney, and is finally discharged into the atmosphere.

Efficiency High: The design of threaded smoke tubes and corrugated furnace, along with the inclusion of economizers and condensers, allows the boiler to achieve a thermal efficiency of over 98%. This maximizes energy utilization, reduces energy consumption, and lowers operational costs.

Environmental Friendliness and Energy Efficiency: The boiler adopts low-nitrogen combustion technology and is equipped with devices such as economizers and condensers, effectively reducing the emission of NOx to meet environmental requirements. It makes full use of the waste heat in the flue gas, improves heat utilization efficiency, reduces energy waste, and is environmentally friendly.

Convenient Maintenance and Operation: The advanced control system supports remote monitoring and remote operation, allowing maintenance personnel to manage the boiler remotely via the Internet. This improves operational efficiency and reduces manpower costs.
