What is the reason that causes flameout of a gas-fired boiler?

There are three main reasons that causes flameout of a gas-fired boiler.

  1. Flame lift caused by a sudden increase in gas pressure.
  2. Interruption of the gas supply due to the failure of the solenoid valve.
  3. Large changes in gas composition and excessive moisture content.

Gas-fired boiler include gas boilers, gas hot water boilers, gas steam boilers, etc., of which gas hot water boilers are also known as gas heating boilers and gas bath boilers, gas boilers as the name implies refers to boilers with fuel gas, gas boilers and oil boilers, electric boilers compared to the most economical, so most people have chosen gas boilers as boiler equipment for steam, heating, bathing.

Natural gas steam boiler is a kind of gas steam boiler. Natural gas steam boiler is a heat conversion equipment that uses natural gas as fuel, and the heat released by burning in the furnace heats the water in the pot and vaporizes it into steam. The water in the pot (cylinder) is continuously heated by the energy released from the combustion of the gas fuel in the furnace to raise the temperature and produce steam with pressure. As the boiling point of water rises with the pressure, the pot is sealed, and the expansion of water vapor inside is restricted to produce pressure to form thermodynamic force. Strictly speaking, the water vapor of the boiler is formed by heating water in the pot barrel at constant pressure until saturated water is vaporized again, which is widely used as an energy source.
