Combustion furnace classification

(1) chamber suspended combustion: the fuel is suspended combustion in the fire chamber without grate, but the fuel requirements are high, can only use pulverized coal, liquid, gas fuel, and the basic particle size of pulverized coal is less than 0.1mm. Combustion fuel with air as a carrier, i. generally do not need power coal.

(2) boiling combustion: the grate of the boiler burner is made of steel plates (16~20mm thick) or cast iron plates (30~ 40mm thick) evenly distributed with air holes with diameters of 35 ~ 40mm. The blast is blown into the charge layer by the air hole. The particle size of mainly used low-quality coal is less than 8mm and the main particle size is between 0.2–3mm. Generally, no power coal blending is needed. The hot material layer in the boiling state is up to 1~1.5m, and the agitation and mixing of coal particles and air in the coal seam is strong. Therefore, the coal particles have good heating conditions and wide adaptability to coal, especially can burn low-quality coal with low volatilization, high ash content and low calorific value, and even coal gangue. If add limestone in boiling layer, pass intense agitate, can remove sulfur in fuel adequately, can avoid low temperature already corroded, can reduce environmental pollution again.
