WNS series condensing boiler is a gas shell type two-return wet-back boiler. It is designed according to the advanced technology and experience at home and abroad. The boiler adopts corrugated hearth and large volume combustion chamber, which ensures sufficient steam storage chamber and heat receiving area. It makes the boiler continuously produce high quality steam to meet the actual steam demand in the production process of food factory. Meanwhile, the coal saver makes full use of the waste heat to increase the boiler inlet water temperature and reduce the flue gas temperature. The overall thermal efficiency of the boiler can be increased to more than 98%. After years of operation, it can save a lot of fuel cost.
Gas steam boiler adopts large furnace full waveform furnace design, matching reasonable low nitrogen combustion machine flame, fully reduce the furnace flame high temperature zone combustion temperature, effectively control the increase of NOx concentration, completely meet the requirements of low nitrogen emissions.
